Zahlungen Payments

Eine Anzahlung von 50% sollte innerhalb von acht Tagen nach Reservierungsdatum geschehen, und der Restbetrag innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Reiseantritt. Alle Preise sind in Bruttobeträgen, einschliesslich Mehrwertsteuer und Kommission. Die preise gelten ab 01.10.2009. Payment of 50% should be made within eight days of the reservation date with the final balance due 45 days prior to departure. Prices listed are Gross prices and include VAT and agent's commission. Prices are valid from 01.10.2009.

Buchungsannulierungen Cancelling the booking

Annulierungen müssen schriftlich übergeben werden, und zwar vom Halter der Reservierung, ebenso wie eventuell erhaltene Dokumente, die zurückgegeben werden müssen. Cancellations must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the holiday, together with the return of any travel documents.
Falls die Reservierung mehr als 45 Tage vor Abreise abgesagt wird, behält sich die Firma das Recht vor 50% des Gesamtbetrages zu behalten. Geschieht dies innerhalb von 45 Tagen, behält sich die Firma das Recht vor nichts vom Betrag rückzuerstatten. If the cancellation is made more then 45 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to keep 50% of the total amount, and if the cancellation is made within 45 days of the departure date, the Company reserves the right to make no refund.
