Dalmatian gastro identity is created under the influence of diverse cultures throughout the centuries and is today greatly appreciated for the most delicious offering. The highest mark was given by the Venetians, French and Austrians.

Croatian wines certainly belong to some of the best wines in the world. They are, however, not widely known so far. It is a matter of the growing Croatian economy to make those wines more popular in the world, and it is up to Croatian wine producers to start large-scale production for international markets.
