Nereus d.o.o. (SailCroatia) is modifying payment and cancellation policy in an attempt to provide reassurance and flexibility for clients in the wake of the Covid-19 novel coronavirus outbreaks around the world.
New update 11.3.2020.
As we receive many questions and asking more flexibility, we have updated our payment and cancellation policy as below. Previous update is only valid for bookings confirmed between March 5th and 11th, 2020.
PAYMENT POLICY UPDATE
Due to situation with the Covid-19 coronavirus, we are changing our payment policy.
10% of booking charter fee must be paid latest 5 days after booking is confirmed.
30% of booking charter fee must be paid latest 25 days after booking is confirmed.
60% – rest of the booking charter fee, must be paid 15 days before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE 11.3.2020
|If the clients are unable to reach our base in Marina Kaštela for the charter due to travel restrictions (e.g. official notice not to travel to the destination, flight cancellation or closing borders due to COVID-19), with notice at least 15 days prior to the original scheduled charter, we offer the possibility to reschedule the date of the charter to another available date within the 2020 season. |
If clients cancel before 15 days of the charter date, they will not be liable to pay the full remaining charter amount, but will lose any deposits already paid.
This policy is temporary and it is intended to be in place only as long as necessary. This policy is valid for old and new bookings for season 2020. If lines aren’t represented here, our standard payment and cancellation policies still apply as of this writing.
